FlamoTrade is a non-custodial automation tool that helps users execute trading instructions generated by third-party platforms (such as TradingView or external AI signal providers). We do not provide investment advice, do not manage user funds, and do not operate as a broker, exchange, or asset manager.

We only collect the minimum information necessary to operate the service:

Account information such as email address, account ID, and basic authentication data

Exchange API keys are provided by users solely for the purpose of automated trade execution.

API keys remain the property of the user at all times
FlamoTrade does not have custody of user funds and cannot withdraw assets
API keys are stored using technical safeguards such as encryption
Users may revoke or replace API keys at any time

4. How We Use Information

Collected information is used only to:

Provide and maintain the FlamoTrade service
Execute user-authorized trading instructions
Monitor system performance and prevent abuse

FlamoTrade servers are currently deployed in Japan. Data may be processed or temporarily transmitted across different regions as required for service operation.
