FlamoTrade does not hold, control, or have access to user funds. All assets remain in the user’s own exchange accounts at all times.
Users are responsible for creating, securing, and managing their exchange API keys.
Cryptocurrency and derivatives trading involve substantial risk and may result in partial or total loss of funds.
By using FlamoTrade, you acknowledge that you understand these risks and accept full responsibility for all trading outcomes.
FlamoTrade may interact with third-party services including, but not limited to: TradingView, cryptocurrency exchanges, and signal providers.
FlamoTrade is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of any third-party service.
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Execution delays, failures, or interruptions may occur due to technical or network issues.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of FlamoTrade complies with applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
Fees charged by FlamoTrade are for software access only and do not represent profit-sharing, performance-based fees, or asset management fees.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlamoTrade shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the service.
FlamoTrade’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the service during the most recent billing period.
FlamoTrade reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
